Samsung PS50A450 Multi systems Plasma tv is the world's first 50" 3D-ready flat-panel TV. We were impressed by Samsung's 3D demo at the Electronics Show. Their approach is one of the first to deliver a truly seamless and believable 3D experience at home. To make it happen, you need an "3D kit" — an IR emitter and special viewing glasses. But even if you don't use it today, 3D is the television viewing experience of the future.

Samsung designed the PS50A450's "jack pack" with high-definition in mind. It includes two component video inputs, plus three HDMI inputs for hooking up HD satellite receivers, cable boxes, and other components that use this digital connection. A PC input and advanced anti-burn-in features let you connect a laptop computer for a larger view during work or play.
